DRAYV is under active development, and this page will keep changing as we add new features. We'll update the date above every time something meaningful changes.
Privacy Policy
This section explains what information DRAYV collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password).
Profile information. Username, bio, city, profile photo, and interests you choose to add to your profile. Some of this is visible to other users depending on your privacy settings.
Content you create. Raves you submit, comments, replies, community posts, messages you send to other users, and reports you file.
Location information. If you enter a city (on your profile or in search), we convert it to an approximate latitude and longitude so we can show you nearby raves. We do not track your precise GPS location.
Payment information (Promoter features). Featured Promoter subscriptions and paid rave boosts will be processed through Stripe. DRAYV does not store your card number — Stripe handles that directly. This isn't active yet, and we'll update this section once billing goes live.
Usage information. Basic technical data like device/browser type and general activity on the site, used to keep DRAYV working and to fix bugs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your account
- Show you raves near you and personalize your experience
- Let you connect with promoters and other ravers (follows, messages, comments)
- Send you notifications you've opted into (follow requests, replies, rave updates, promoter announcements)
- Keep the community safe by reviewing reports and enforcing our guidelines
- Improve DRAYV and fix problems
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored with Supabase using industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of your information.
5. Your Choices & Rights
You can edit or update your profile information at any time. You can set your posts and raves to private in your profile settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page — this action can't be undone.
7. Children's Privacy
DRAYV is not intended for anyone under 18, and event listings may include content or age restrictions appropriate only for adults. If we learn someone under 18 has created an account, we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
DRAYV is actively being built, and this policy will be updated as we add features (like payments) or change how data is handled. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever that happens — check back periodically.

Terms & Conditions
By using DRAYV, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DRAYV in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy above. If you don't agree, please don't use DRAYV.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a DRAYV account. Many raves listed on DRAYV are age-restricted (18+ or 21+) — it's your responsibility to meet any age requirement set by the promoter or venue before attending.
3. DRAYV Is a Discovery Platform Only
DRAYV is a platform that lets promoters list raves and lets users discover them. DRAYV does not organize, host, produce, staff, or control any rave or event listed on the site. Every event is created and run entirely by independent, third-party promoters and venues — not by DRAYV.
We do not verify the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any rave, venue, promoter, or listing. Event details (location, time, age restrictions, pricing) are provided by promoters and may change or be incorrect. Always confirm details directly with the promoter or venue before attending.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Attending any rave, event, or venue found through DRAYV is entirely at your own risk. Raves and similar events can involve inherent risks, including but not limited to large crowds, loud noise, strobe or flashing lights, alcohol, the potential presence of illegal substances, physical injury, theft, property damage, altercations, transportation risks, and event cancellation, postponement, or overcrowding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release DRAYV, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to your attendance at, or conduct at, any rave or event discovered through DRAYV — including injury, death, property loss or damage, and any interaction with other attendees, promoters, or venues.
DRAYV is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or misconduct of promoters, venues, or other attendees, nor for any illegal activity that may occur at a third-party event. If you choose to attend a rave, you do so knowingly and voluntarily, and you assume full responsibility for your own safety and decisions.
5. User Content & Conduct
You're solely responsible for anything you post, upload, or send on DRAYV (profile info, rave listings, comments, replies, messages, flyers, and reports). You agree not to post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines, at our discretion.
6. Promoter Responsibilities
Promoters are solely and fully responsible for their events — including obtaining any required permits or licenses, venue safety, staffing, security, insurance, age verification, compliance with local laws, and the accuracy of everything they post. DRAYV bears no responsibility for a promoter's compliance with any law, permit, or safety obligation.
7. Intellectual Property
The DRAYV name, logo, and platform are owned by DRAYV. Content you post remains yours, but by posting it on DRAYV you grant us a license to display it on the platform as part of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DRAYV at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
DRAYV is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any rave listing is accurate or that any event will occur as described.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAYV and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of DRAYV or your attendance at any event discovered through it — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DRAYV harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of DRAYV, your content, your violation of these terms, or your attendance at any rave or event.
12. Changes to These Terms
As DRAYV grows and adds new features, these terms will be updated. Continuing to use DRAYV after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
