Community Guidelines

Hateful language of any kind is not allowed on DRAYV — including content that attacks or demeans someone based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age. Harassment, bullying, threats, and targeted abuse of other users, promoters, or third parties will result in content removal and account action, up to a permanent ban.

Disagreements happen, especially around music and events — keep it respectful. Personal attacks, doxxing (sharing someone's private information without consent), impersonation, and spam are not allowed anywhere on the platform, including comments, replies, community posts, and direct messages.

Don't use DRAYV to promote, arrange, advertise, or facilitate illegal activity — including the sale or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or anything else prohibited by law. Content that does this will be removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement.

Anyone who submits or posts an event on DRAYV is solely and fully responsible for that event — including its safety, legality, permits, staffing, security, age restrictions, and everything that happens at it. DRAYV is a discovery platform only. We do not organize, host, or run any event listed on the site, and we are not responsible for what happens at an event you find through DRAYV, before, during, or after it takes place.

By submitting an event, promoters confirm they have the right to host the event and agree they bear full responsibility for it. See our Terms & Conditions for the full liability terms.

Promoters are responsible for making sure their event listings — date, time, location, price, and age restrictions — are accurate and kept up to date. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed.

If you post an event that you didn't organize, you must say so — include the word "REPOSTED"in the description along with the original organizer's Instagram handle. Don't reuse their flyer artwork or copy their captions word-for-word; write your own description of the event instead.

If you see something that violates these guidelines, use the Report button on the post, comment, event, or profile. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or permanently ban an account, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict any account that violates these guidelines or our Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.

As DRAYV grows, these guidelines will be updated to reflect new features and lessons learned from the community. Check back periodically to stay current.
